So basically, the reason I made this program is for an assignment from my college vb class, we were allowed to create anything we were personally interested in. So I sort of just thought of this idea while playing, it took me about 4 hours from designing the form to coding the app itself.

I got speculative base tame rates for each pet tier from multiple sources including the rappelz wiki and also an average from multiple players and multiple attempts (usually over 400) from a collective database of players listing their taming successes/fails for different tiers.

The calculation itself takes into account your creature taming skill level as well as the level of your equipped skill card. I obtained the formula for the calculation from the rappelz wiki as well.
