Durability consumption rate of items will be decreased.
Dying will now reduce durability by 10% instead of 20%.
Combining an Ethereal Stone with 100 Extreme Power will create an Ethereal Charge Stone.
When restoring durability to an item, more durability will be restored per attempt.
Higher rank items will now require a number of Ethereal Restoration Stones equal to their rank to restore their durability.
